It does in fact heat up to temp and work. Includes 30 Ft, 30, 12 pieces of Polyethylene wire. Package is beat up some, its been kicking around my garage for a while. For sale is a new, open box, tested, Norwesco Plastic Welding Kit.

Made in Canada. I was going the use this to repair a Norwesco water tank but never did. I took it out of the package to take photos and plug in see if heats up. Works with most polyethylene products.

I ended up buying a new one instead.
