It appears that this is some sort of soldering unit and made by american beauty.
Both covers are damaged on the meter pieces and there is a sticker that says not calibrated.

I also noticed that the top has a big dent which i'll try to picture.
No other testing was done.
The only exception is with country of Italy.
I plugged this in and saw the right meter jump to 60 light lite up red. I'm not always home in front of my computer when many listings end.
